Originally from Washington State, Jeff began drawing at a very young age and has continued to develop his skills to the present. In addition to being a pencil artist, he is a computer graphic artist as well and owns a home based graphic design business in Airdrie, Alberta, Canada.

A devotion to God and love for the Bible has inspired Jeff to illustrate verses and spiritual concepts. He believes that art is most often an expression of a person's heart and finds it very rewarding to put his thoughts into pictures. He also enjoys the outdoors and wildlife. "God's creation reveals so much of His character". Jeff hopes his drawings will inspire, encourage, and strengthen others.

Why black and white pencil? Jeff likes the simplicity, realism, and uniqueness that can be achieved through black and white. Until recently, his drawings were primarily done as a hobby. Many people have expressed interest in obtaining prints of his artwork and have encouraged him to begin marketing his work.
